Self-Represented Litigation Network
In September 2019, Maura Kelly joined SRLN as our Deputy Director. Immediately before SRLN, Maura was the Senior Manager for Access to Justice for the Massachusetts Trial Court where she focused on transforming court operations to meet the needs of SRLs and other vulnerable court users.
Among the issues she tackled were unbundling; language access; accommodations for court users with disabilities; simplification of processes and forms; court personnel education on access to justice, and local court access to justice volunteer services. Maura also worked closely with the Massachusetts Access to Justice Commission, including serving on the Justice For All project management team and two Commission subcommittees: access to attorneys and housing stability.
As SRLN’s Deputy Director Maura will focus primarily on the new governance structure along with supporting the Justice For All project and SRLN Working Groups. You can reach her at [email protected].
