Legal Information v. Legal Advice: Training Materials - Learning Games & Exercises

The SRLN Administrative Office of the Courts working group collected resources from court systems throughout the country that are used to provide guidance to court personnel about how they should assist the public.  Here are a selection of learning games and exercises intended for use as training materials:

  1. What can I do to Help You? This is a video tutorial for training purposes.
  2. Peer Trainer Plan: What Can I Do to Help You? This training lasts approximately 60 minutes depending on the activities chosen. Contains step by step instructions for staff training with scripts.  (Attached)
