Title IV-D Child Support Funding: A Resource for Court Based Self-help Services

The Self Represented Litigation Network, with funding from the State Justice Institute, is sponsoring a one hour webinar on Thursday, December 18th at 2:00 pm Eastern time (11:00 am Pacific time) to ensure that all state courts are fully familiar with the IV-D funding process and with the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking issued by OCSE on November 17, 2014 proposing a number of significant changes to the IV-D program. The webinar will cover the services for which reimbursement is available; the federal funding incentives structure within which cooperative agreements are negotiated; and the accounting structure required to support reimbursement requests.
