Report: California Courts Self-Help Centers: Report to the Legislature (California 2007)

The Judicial Council shall report to the Legislature by July 1, 2007, on the implementation of this program, consistent with its Statewide Action Plan for Self-Represented Litigants, including the extent to which each program funded supports a court-based service, supervised by an attorney, that is coordinated with other legal service providers in the community, including but not limited to qualified legal service providers, pro bono legal service projects, and local bar association services, allowing assessment of the legal needs and provision of referral services, as appropriate.
